I was sitting in the back seat, I was working with some dark energy. I was in a meditative state, when all of a sudden I got a very sharp intense stabbing feeling in the back of my head. I was not as much painfull as it was an incredable amont of knoledge. It was like my brain went into overload, this happend for about an hour or so. What I experinced was an assortment of demon like faces, that hovered over the car as we drove. The faces were very detailed, mostly red and black. There were no voices, just power, and energy. Leaving me feeling empowerd, and numb. I have since been feeling more focused, and self confident

I am waking up when everyone is supposed to be in bed. There is a man, God? Grandfather? He is in charge of keeping us from waking up. I am feeling ecstasy as I walk out the glass gate. I am in a tall building, an indoor mall of sorts with bedrooms where people are all supposed to be asleep within. Kind of like you would think an asylum if it was more like a society, people are lost within. He hovers in the light. I walk and then I'm like, ok well since I know that this is a dream even though I don't remember where I come from I am going to start to fly. Ok, like this?
I run a bit and then I run some more and walk and then lift up. I begin to rise up and up high up to the second floor of the strange surreal building. Then I feel as though I am feeding upon the spirits of people who were or are walking below though I cannot see them for they are truly asleep. I think, ok now since this is much like when I wake up and am not really awake I will touch the wall and feel it as much as I can. I fly towards the wall as I rise with my hands extended to the wall. There is a person on the second floor I think.
I touch the wall, more layers and more layers reveal themselves to me of the wall and dreams like onion skins.
Then of course comes the darkness that has been pursuing me. I am in a dark room and I sleeping in bed. I think this is my bedroom but it is a false bedroom in the dreamworld? I am a boy. I wake up and go to the bathroom that is within the room.
Then I go back in bed and I look up and there's a demon who talks in a deep very scary voice. I've never had a dream as scary as this. The voice was booming and evil. It said "If you don't go back to bed right now I will eat you or chop you to pieces" I looked at it and it was a fat red demon with horns and tail, stereotypical demon. I get scared and go back to my bed. Then I hear my mother, and it's my mother in real life. This is the strangest and most disgusting part. She starts to try to eat me. Ewww. Then I realize she is the demon in disguise....
I try to escape and I run backwards down the stairs and I am in her parent's house. I run down the stairs and fall and then suddenly I'm a little kid, that's when I feel like I'm a boy...I start yelling out to my dad but I yell as if I am coming from somewhere else when I am not there....I am in two places at once and I want to scare the demon. Then I wake up. Then once again there is the old white haired man, he says "If only the girl knew the truth, when you wake up it's life not death! Don't listen to the demons"

The Shadow Tradition was founded by Chakkraa Morningstar, Head Priestess of HOS. This tradition is a mixture of the Morningstar family tradition, Egyptian, Faery, and Green Witchcraft (specifically the Green tradition taught by Ann Moura). This tradition is similar to Wicca in many ways and follows some of their teachings such as the Wiccan Rede but in no way is this tradition a Wiccan tradition. The basis of the Morningstar family tradition was brought over from Ireland when their family emigrated to America in the late 1700’s. It was mixed with Native American Shamanism by Chakkraa and WolfShadow’s grandmother, who is a member of the Chirqua Apache tribe.
Code of Ethics
This tradition follows the Wiccan Rede, the Nine Virtues of the Aesir, the Green Code of Conduct, the three fold law as well as many other codes of honor and ethics.

The Shadow Wolf Tradition was founded by WolfShadow Morningstar, High Theign of HOS. This tradition is a mixture of the Morningstar family tradition, Shinto and Faery. This tradition mainly teaches the principles of meditation, healing, psychic protection and warding. There are three primary paths that you may follow or you may follow the path of Ghaib. Ghaib is Arabic which means “unseen”, which is the secret path that is hard to follow. Those who chose to follow this path do so because they cannot follow any of the other three paths. They must stay on the straight and narrow as this is a path of single god worship. I will explain the three paths to those that express their will to follow these paths to the letter:
Path of Fenrir Those who follow this path must incorporate themselves to the dark gods and goddesses, follow the Shadow and Shadow Norse Tradition, and become pure by its ritual beliefs.
Path of Brother Wolf Those who follow this path follow the path of healing, herb lore, and practice the healing rituals of the Native American culture.
Path of Shenobu Those who follow this path follow the path of nature, practice the fertility rites of the Faery and embrace the teachings of Shinto.
Code of Ethics
Those who follow the Shadow Wolf Tradition follow two sets of ethics. One is the Vow of the Wolf and the other is the Vow of the Theignhood (These two passages will be showed in their entirety in a later chapter). These two sets of ethics help the followers of this path in their lives and their dealings with others. The ideal Wolven is self-assured, calm, strong, foresighted, and quick-thinking. They must always work toward peace and harmony with their community. Most of the people who follow this path are in law enforcement, the military and other similar fields of employment.
Rites and Rituals of Shadow Wolf
Oath Taking Oath Taking occurs when a Wolven becomes a Theign or a member. A Theign learns the art of warding, psychic defense and protection. For a member of this tradition, this is the second highest form of initiation.
Vow Taking Vow Taking occurs when a Wolven chooses which path they wish to follow within the tradition. It is similar to degree initiations in witchcraft.
Initiation This ritual is performed when a person becomes a part of the tradition. There are three steps in this traditions initiation process:
-
Rebirth: they are ritually reborn as a new person
-
Oath Taking: they recite a oath that binds them as family to the other members.
-
Vow Taking: they recite the Vows of Theignhood and the Vows of the Wolf.
Binding This ritual is very much like a handfasting but it is not marriage. Members of this traditions do ritual bindings to a person or persons who they a magickally compatible with. Sometimes, it becomes a romantic relationship

The Shadow Norse Tradition was founded by Arickasha Darkstar, Head Priest and Grand Master Skald of HOS. This tradition is a modern outlook on the old Norse teachings including the poetic eddas and skaldic aspects. Using teachings that were passed down for generations through his family, it is made up of four components:
Ásatrú
Odinism
Skaldi
Witchcraft
What is Ásatrú?
Ásatrú is a Norse term meaning literally a faith or belief in Gods, specifically the Old Norse and Germanic Gods known collectively as the Æsir. As with many other ethnic or folk religions there was no specific name for the religion, although Ásatrú, Vor tru, ‘our faith’, or Forn Sed, ‘ancient customs/ways’ are phrases/words that are used in the modern world to describe this faith. The religion is a part of the culture and the beliefs revealed not only in the mythology, but also in the customs, ethics, and laws.
What is Odinism?
The term "Odinist" refers to an individual who is primarily dedicated to the God Odin, and who could also consider themselves Ásatrú, Wiccan, Neo-pagan or just simply an Odinist. It all depends on the rites, fellowship and beliefs that they express in their dedication.
What is Skaldi?
Skaldi is the art of Lorekeeping. They were the individuals who learned the stories and the songs of the people and the culture. They passed down these stories and songs using an oral tradition. A skaldi is very much like a bard but they were also considered to be the keepers of the laws. The Poetic Eddas are a part of the Skaldi tradition.
Code of Ethics
Members of this tradition follow the nine virtues of Æsir. Not only do they follow the virtues they also believe in being honest and plainly spoken. Those who follow the Northern religions are often inclined to speak their minds plainly and bluntly, with the use of such expressions as are needed to get their points across. They also believe that neither chastity nor monogamy are required. However, responsibility and honesty in one’s personal arrangements, as in the rest of one’s life, are. As a Heathen religion, drinking alcohol, even to excess in some ritual circumstances, can be a holy act, as can various forms of conjugal and non-conjugal sex. These are things that must be handled carefully in order not to give the wrong impression to non members of their tradition.
Rites and Rituals of Shadow Norse
Blót
A blót, sacrifice or blessing, is an offering to a deity or other supernatural beings. The offering may be a simple sharing of food or drink by an individual to a more elaborate community ceremony. These ceremonies may be performed indoors or outside in a natural setting.
Celebratory
A celebratory ritual is one which recognizes a specific event, thereby strengthening the awareness of the participants and encouraging the smooth flowing of Wyrd from it. The most common of these are the blessings of the year
Folk-Binding
The most common of these is the Kindred symbel. Other rituals which strengthen the bonding between folk include weddings, ritual inaugurations, and processions.
Goal-Driven
A goal-driven ritual is a ritual performed for a specific purpose. Examples of this might include a rite for healing, a blessing on someone about to go on a journey, a ritual to help find a new house or job, and so forth.
Initiatory
An initiatory ritual is a ritual performed for marking and/or producing a change of state in the individual being initiated. The most common initiatory rituals include kindred-taking, name-giving, man- or woman-making, and dedication to a specific god or goddess.
Devotional
A devotional ritual is a ritual performed for the purpose of bringing a group closer to a deity/deities or wight/wights. Examples of this range from pouring out a drop of drink all the way to self-sacrifice, but the most common forms of pure devotional ritual are personal meditation and prayer, or a group rite at which a particular deity is called on, toasted, blessed, and asked for blessing.
Type of Spells
Valgaldr: Waking the dead to learn from them
Grogaldr: A conjuration formula to compel a wight to answer.
Nattgaldr: Night singing, to inhibit night-walking spirits
Lirlagaldr: Lilting sung magic to lull target to sleep.
Nid: Spells to curse or invoke spirits to attack an enemy.
Seidh: The magic that involves trancework and skills similar to shamans.

It has been a long time since I wrote anything but I guess this is as good of a time as any. Commerce has pretty much f**ked me over the holidays. I guess when I was a kid certain times of the year was closer to the time of what ever holiday was next. It's been so early and I feel like I'm getting beat on the head every time I shop!
I feel like my inner child has been abducted. I have no spark for the up coming holidays as once I enjoyed. My teacher
tells me to try to find one thing that will bring back that spark. If any of you have traditions you do each year for the holidays could you tell me what they are? Maybe it would help.
